Appointment Guidelines

Every client should complete the FREE 15 minute consultation before continuing with future appointments. The brief consultation will allow our team to assess your company goals, wants, and needs so that we can anticipate what your tailored marketing strategy will look like and begin planning. Here at Smith N. we understand that your time is valuable so we strive for conciseness, attentiveness, and organization.

Cancellations

All appointments are eligible for cancellation. Within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting time. Failure to cancel in-time will result in a non refundable appointment deposit.

No-Show Protocol

After a grace period of 15 minutes both remote and in-person appointments will be considered canceled

Refund Policy

All refunds will be evaluated through a case by case stand point. Please allow up to 7 business days for a refund if granted.

Payment Methods

For appointment deposits, credit, debit, and pay pal are acceptable payment options. To pay for marketing services- both freelance and management- debit, credit, and check are all suitable. More information on pricing will be provided in the each individual consultation.
